At Vector Roadside Assistance, we are committed to operating with full transparency and in accordance with Texas consumer protection law. Below is a summary of your rights as our customer, along with helpful resources from official Texas state agencies.

No repair work may be performed on your vehicle without your explicit authorization. You may authorize work verbally, in writing, or electronically.
Upon completion of service, you are entitled to a detailed, itemized invoice listing all parts used, labor performed, and the final cost of each item.
You have the right to request and receive the parts that were removed from your vehicle during a repair, unless those parts must be returned to the manufacturer under a warranty or exchange program.

If you believe a repair shop has acted unlawfully or deceptively, you have the right to file a complaint with the Texas Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division.
Under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA), you are protected from false, misleading, or deceptive business practices. Violations may entitle you to damages.
