Vector Roadside Assistance LLC

LIMITED WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Limited Warranty Terms & Conditions (“Warranty”) govern all diagnostic, maintenance, repair, installation, inspection, emergency roadside, and mechanical services performed by Vector Roadside Assistance LLC (“Vector,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These terms apply to every service performed unless otherwise stated in writing.

By requesting service, scheduling an appointment, authorizing repairs, allowing work to begin, accepting completed work, or paying any invoice in whole or in part, the customer (“Customer”) acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to review these Warranty Terms & Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them.

1. LIMITED WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY

Vector Roadside Assistance LLC provides a Limited Workmanship Warranty covering only the quality of our installation and labor. This warranty is limited solely to repairs specifically listed on the final invoice and only to workmanship directly performed by Vector Roadside Assistance LLC.

This warranty is:

  • Non-transferable.
  • Valid only for the original customer.
  • Valid only for the original vehicle identified on the invoice.
  • Limited exclusively to the original repair performed.
  • Not an extension of any manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Not an insurance policy or vehicle service contract.

This warranty does not guarantee that unrelated vehicle components will continue to function properly after repairs are completed.

2. WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY PERIOD

Repairs Using Parts Supplied by Vector

When replacement parts are purchased and supplied by Vector Roadside Assistance LLC, our labor is covered by a 30-Day Limited Workmanship Warranty beginning immediately upon completion of the repair. Coverage applies only to installation defects directly caused by our workmanship.

Repairs Using Customer-Supplied Parts

If the customer elects to supply their own replacement parts, Vector Roadside Assistance LLC provides only a 7-Day Limited Workmanship Warranty on the installation itself.

The customer expressly understands and agrees that Vector Roadside Assistance LLC makes no warranty whatsoever regarding customer-supplied parts, including but not limited to:

  • • Quality
  • • Manufacturer defects
  • • Fitment
  • • Compatibility
  • • Design
  • • Performance
  • • Durability
  • • Reliability
  • • Service life

If a customer-supplied part fails for any reason, any labor required to diagnose, remove, reinstall, replace, or inspect the failed part shall be billed at Vector Roadside Assistance LLC’s current labor rates.

3. MANUFACTURER PARTS WARRANTY

All replacement parts supplied by Vector Roadside Assistance LLC are warranted solely by their respective manufacturers.

Vector Roadside Assistance LLC is not the manufacturer, distributor, or guarantor of any replacement part and therefore expressly disclaims all warranties regarding the parts themselves, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Manufacturer warranty claims remain the sole responsibility of the manufacturer and are subject to that manufacturer’s policies, procedures, inspection requirements, and approval.

Should a manufacturer approve replacement of a defective part, any labor, travel, diagnostic time, towing, shipping, or additional installation costs required to complete the warranty replacement remain the customer’s responsibility unless expressly covered by the manufacturer.

4. DIAGNOSTIC DISCLAIMER

Vehicle diagnosis is based upon the symptoms, testing, scan tool data, and inspection results available at the time of service.

Because modern vehicles contain complex electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and computerized systems, additional failures or hidden conditions may become apparent only after repairs have begun or after the original concern has been corrected.

Vector Roadside Assistance LLC does not guarantee that a single repair will resolve every issue affecting the vehicle unless specifically stated in writing.

Any additional diagnosis or repairs required beyond the original scope of work are considered separate services and will be billed accordingly.
